Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refunds for Standard Orders:

  •  Refunds are available up until 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
  • Contact us via phone or email to request a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests through Facebook or Instagram messages, as these platforms are not actively monitored.

2. Custom Orders:

  • For custom orders, we start crafting your unique creation as soon as the order is confirmed.
  • If you need to cancel a custom order, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, but we can’t guarantee the refund will be possible.
  • No refunds will be issued after this time frame.
  • Once a custom order is picked up, no refunds will be granted if the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance. Custom orders are made to your specifications, and we trust that your choices reflect your desired outcome.

3. Discretionary Refunds:

  • All other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Contact us promptly with any concerns regarding your order, and we will assess the situation to determine if a refund is warranted.
